Check the metering diaphragm for damage** - refer to

"Repair".
Check that the hydraulic lines are fixed firmly to the
n
liquid end.
Check that the suction valve and discharge valve are
n
correctly seated.
Check the leak-tightness of the entire liquid end - partic‐
n
ularly around the leakage hole.
Check that the flow is correct: Allow the pump to prime
n
briefly - turn the multifunction switch briefly to "100 %".
Check that the electrical connections are intact
n
Check the integrity of the housing.

Check that the dosing head screws are tight
n
* Under normal loading (approx. 30 % of continuous operation)
Under heavy loading (e.g. continuous operation): Shorter intervals.
** For feed chemicals which particularly load the diaphragm, e.g. those containing abrasive addi‐
tives, check the diaphragm frequently.
