ladder supports up to 1200 pounds and is intended for one person at a time. However given the
strength rating, in emergency situations it can handle up to three people as long as they weigh less
than 400 pounds each. Do not deploy this ladder directly into or near flames or into extreme heat.
This ladder should be replaced after being used in an actual fire emergency. In normal use this ladder
may scratch, dent or blemish the exterior surface of a home. DO NOT OPERATE OR USE THIS
LADDER, OR PROMOTE THE USE OR OPERATION OF THIS LADDER, IF YOU OR ANY OTHER
THIRD PARTY WITH ACCESS TO THE LADDER IS ILL, OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCO-
HOL, DRUGS OR MEDICATION.
