MAINTENANCE

Maintenance, replacement, or repair of the emission control devices and systems may be performed
by any nonroad engine repair establishment or individual.

Periodic Maintenance Chart

Always remove the spark plug caps from spark plugs when servicing the engine to prevent acci-
dental starting.

The service intervals can be used as a guide. Service more frequently as necessary by operating conditions.
♦ : Service more frequently under dusty conditions.
K : Service to be performed by an authorized Kawasaki dealer. Service to be performed by au authorized Kawasaki engine dealer or equally qualified service facility.

Check for loose or lost nuts and screws.
Check for fuel and oil leakage.
Check battery electrolyte level.
