Place the bracket & handlebar stem
A-HEAD BRACKET OBSERVER
for

Position the A-head bracket (pic. 1) and align it with the
front wheel (pic. 2). Position the handlebar stem back on top of
the A-head bracket and align it with the front wheel (pic. 3).
