Installation in explosion risk area

Transmitters can be installed in all kinds of industrial sectors. Ex systems are divided into
zones, meaning that a wide range of different instruments are also required. For additional
information, refer to the section "Ex relevant specifications" or the data sheet.

The input for the repeater power supply must be designed to "EEx ia".
When using the transmitter in Zone 0, you must ensure that impermissible electrostatic charging
of the temperature transmitter is prevented (observe the warnings on the device).
The user must ensure that sensor instrumentation meets the requirements of applicable Ex
standards.
