WARNING
Observe the following safety precautions before starting to clean
the appliance:
Switch off the appliance and pull the mains plug out of the

plug socket before starting cleaning.
Wait until the appliance has cooled down before you start to

clean it.
Never immerse the appliance, the carrier or the power plug in

water or other liquids.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the surfaces of the appliance!
Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaning agents to clean

the surfaces.
Clean the screen carrier, screen insert and steam nozzle after

every use.
Empty and clean the drip tray at regular intervals.

Clean the water tank at regular intervals.

Wipe down the housing of the appliance, the hot plate and the

cup rest with a damp cloth. Use a little detergent to remove any
stubborn soiling.
