Possible cause
- Light barrier triggered or faulty
- Power shutdown
- Motor fault
- Hall sensor fault
- Overvoltage or undervoltage
- Processor fault
- Peripheral fault
Fault rectification
Replace faulty bulb.
- Check battery in hand-held transmitter and replace if necessary.
- Teach in the hand-held transmitter.
- Check antenna connection.
- Check battery performance in the hand-held transmitter and replace if necessary.
- Check supply and mains fuse.
- Is wire jumper present (Section 16.1)?
- Check function of connected safety equipment (e.g. light barrier).

- Check whether there is an obstacle in the path and remove if necessary.
- Check whether the door is correctly set to the CLOSED position and teach in again if
necessary.
