Installation
When changing the direction of approach, ensure you do
not damage, trap or chafe any cables.
Remove the top part of the base and push the bottom
part of the base off the read head (Fig. 3, ).
Unscrew the mounting bracket screws and pull the
mounting bracket off the read head (Fig. 3, ).
Tip the read head forward by 90°; the sensing face is
now pointing down (Fig. 3, ).
Turn read head by 180° and re-fit the mounting bracket
to a torque of 0.6 Nm (Fig. 3, ).
Turn read head to the required direction of approach
and then push the bottom and top part of the base back
onto the read head (Fig. 3, ).
