the seat should be replaced immediately in such cases. If in doubt please contact
your retailer or the manufacturer.

DURABIlITY Of ThE PRODUCT

the CYBEX Pallas 2-fix was designed to easily fulfill its purpose for the expected
durability (adding up to 11 years). however, since high fluctuations of temperature
might occur and since there might be unforeseeable exposure to child seats, it is
important to note the following:
– if the car is exposed to direct sunlight for a longer period of time, the child seat
must be taken out of the car or covered with a cloth.
– Examine all plastic and metal parts of the seat for any damages or changes about
their form or colour on a yearly basis. if you notice any changes, you need to
dispose of the child seat or it must be examined by the manufacturer and replaced
if necessary.
– Changes of the fabric, in particular the fading of colour, are normal after yearlong
use in the car and do not constitute a fault.
