9.8.1 Production report (*)

This option prints a summary for both the room and booth categories, regarding: total
income, costs and profit, VAT, billed amount, and accumulated totals for both
categories.
The report relates to data received since the last production reset.

As seen in the previous section, production concerns the billing of room and booth
extensions. Each time an extension is billed or checked-out, the unit accumulates the
totals until the next production reset.
Usually the production reset is periodical (weekly or monthly for instance). This
command resets the counters and prints out a production report with the data
received since the last reset.

9.8.3 Staff shift report

This option produces a report summarising the room bills and booth tickets issued
during the current shift, and resets the counters in order to start a new staff shift
period.
It is usually executed when the unit´s operator is replaced by a new one, or at the
end of the day.
The content of this report is defined during system programming. Firstly, the report
states for each billed extension the items defined during programming. Secondly, it
produces a table summarising the booth and room bills.
