6.3
SPACE NECESSARY FOR USE
The choice of the place and space required for installation is an important
factor for the quality of work and safety and for correct maintenance
activities. This area must not only be spacious enough to allow for optimum
equipment operation - also during cleaning and maintenance phases - but
must also be well lit, aired, not dusty and not exposed to direct sunlight.
Note also that the unit must be positioned so the connection plug can be
handled/manipulated with ease.
6.3.1 WORKTOP

mixer has been designed to work on a rigid worktop and
parallel to the ground. Suitable worktops include service furniture (operator
is standing) or modelling tables (operator is sitting). All worktops must be
checked for stability.
6.4
CONNECTION TO ENERGY SOURCES
The connection is made using the power supply cable. Check:
• that mains power supply voltage and frequency correspond to those
indicated on the identification plate (an incorrect power supply voltage
may damage the equipment);
• that the power supply mains has a suitable earth connection.
Position the appliance in such a way that the mains plug (which
serves as the disconnection device) is easily accessible.
Do not tamper with the power supply cable and relative plug.
For replacement of the same due to damage and/or wear, only
contact Authorised After-Sales Centres.
An earth connection is mandatory. Should you
need to use an extension, make sure it's earthed.

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
As an electromedical device, Hurrimix
regarding electromagnetic compatibility and must be commissioned in
compliance with the information below.
Radio frequency communication systems (mobile and portable)
may affect this electromedical device.
• As an electromedical device, Hurrimix
next to or on top of other equipment. Should it be necessary,
it is important to observe whether the performance of both
pieces of equipment is affected by a possible unwanted
electromagnetic coupling.
• The power cord must be the one provided. If damaged,
replace it with an equivalent one supplied by Zhermack.
