• Compressed-air supply/hose connection
No cutting function
• Directional valve Y3 does not switch
• Valve actuator does not move
• Working pressure too low
• Slide stiff
Insufficient cutting capacity
• Dirty cutting edge
• Worn cutting edge
• The wire has no contact with the fixed jaws
Free wire end is bent
• Counter support jammed

• Top up the anti-spatter fluid
• Check all supply lines leading to the injection
unit, Y4 valve and screwings
• Check the signal output of the robot control
• Replace the directional valve Y4
• Change the flow regulator setting
• Check the pressure regulator setting:
min. 4 bar/max. 8 bar

valve and screwings
• Check the signal output of the robot control
• Replace directional valve Y3

• Dismount, clean and oil movable parts
