Fig. 8
For adjusting the quantity of injection and air-blast unit, the system must be provided with compressed air. In
order to assess the function, the solenoid valves Y3 and Y4 must be switched.

Danger of crushing
Limbs can be drawn in and crushed by moving parts (milling cutter, clamping unit).
• Do not reach between moving parts.
Damage to the eyes
Anti-spatter fluid and removed welding spatter may damage the eyes.
• Wear safety goggles.
• Adjust anti-spatter fluid only by switching the solenoid valve Y4.
• Adjust the blast air only by switching the solenoid valve Y3.
NOTE
• The injection results depend on the waiting times for air-cleaning and the working pressure.
• If the working pressure is too low, the waiting time for injection may increase.
• If the waiting time for air-cleaning is too long, the waiting time for injection may increase.
6.6.1 Adjusting the injection unit
1 If necessary, connect suction hose (11) to the anti-spatter fluid bottle.
2 Switch Y4.
3 Adjust the quantity of anti-spatter fluid by means of the adjusting screw (3).
4 Switch Y4.
