NOTE
• If the measures described below are not successful, please consult your
dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as power supply.
Cause
• Contact tip/tip adaptor not
tightened.
• Power connections loose on the torch
side and toward the work-piece
• Coolant flow too low
• Control lead interrupted / defective.
• Flow control valve in the re-circulating
cooling unit was triggered
• Wrong parameters set
• Contact tip worn out
• Wire burn-back function set too low
• Liner/PA liner clogged
• Contact tip and wire diameter not
matched
• Wrong contact pressure set on the
wire feed unit
• Spatter bridge between contact tip
and gas nozzle
• Contact tip not matched to the wire
diameter or contact tip diameter
enlarged
• Wrong welding parameters set
• Wire guide unit worn-out

Solution
• Check and tighten
• Check and tighten
• Check cooling system, increase
coolant flow

if necessary
