Material binds blade when ripping.

Loose set screw in pulley. Tighten set screw.
Rip fence binds on guide rails.
Guide rails or extension wing not installed co-
rrectly. Reassemble guide rails, refer to fence
manual.
Guide of rip fence not adjusted properly. Ad-
just guides, refer to fence manual.
Material kicked back from blade.
Rip fence out of alignment. Align rip fence
with miter slot and blade.
Splitter not aligned with blade. Align splitter
with blade.
Feeding stock without rip fence. Install and use
rip fence.

leasing work.
Anti-kickback fingers dull. Replace or sharpen

chanisms. Clean and grease.
