LASERGUIDE
IMPORTANT: This tool has a laser class I.
Do not look directly at the laser beam as it can
cause severe eye injury.
The built-in laser guide is intended to obtain
a precision cut. Use the laser guide every time
the work requires precision cuts, as when fol-
lowing pre-drawn lines on a surface.
• Set the I/0 laser switch to the position I to
activate the laser guide.
• Press the On/Off switch, and start cutting the
workpiece following the predrawn line with
the projected laser line on the surface.
IMPORTANT: In
order

need to install 2
AAA batteries (1.5
VDC) in the com-
partment that is
located
at
the
front of the tool.
To install batteries:
Unscrew the cover on the front of the tool and
remove it, place the two batteries in the posi-
tion indicated in the compartment, place the
compartment and screw it back, make sure it
is tight.
NOTE: This tool does not come with batteries
from the factory.
IMPORTANT: When storing remove previ-
ously installed batteries.
METAL CUTTING
When sawing metal, because of the heating
up of the material, apply e.g. a cool lubricant
along the cutline.
Lightly grease the cut-line with suitable oil.

MAINTENANCE

Before performing any maintenance or re-
placement of accessory, follow these recom-
mendations:
• Turn off your machine and disconnect from
the power supply.
• Wait for the tool to a complete stop.
This tool does not require much maintenance.
Consult a specialist for any services not listed
in this manual.
• Occasionally place a drop of oil to the guid-
ing roller.

• Clean out your tool and keep the vents free.
• Make sure the inside of the tool does not
have contact with water during cleaning.
STORAGE
Keep this tool in an area where unauthorized
person may come into contact with the tool.
When you not to use the jigsaw for a long
period, remove the batteries from the battery
compartment as they may leak and cause dam-
ages to the device.
CLEANING
Before cleaning the jig unplug the power cord
from outlet and remove the batteries from the
compartment. Clean tools regularly, if possible
after each use, remove dust, chips, chips etc.
Clean the tool with a clean, damp cloth. Do not
use cleaners or petroleum-based solutions as
they may damage the plastic parts. Make sure
the water does not enter into the tool.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Jigsaw does not work.
There's no electric current supply. Check the
electric connection and power outlet.
The motor is overheated. Check stroke rate
setting. Allow the power tool to cool down for
3 minutes running idle at maximum speed.
Unclean cut.
Screws or machine parts are loose. Tighten all
screws.
The saw blade is not properly inserted. Insert
the saw blade correctly.
The saw blade is worn-out. Check the condi-
tions of the saw blade and the guiding roller.
Immediately replace used saw blade.
The cutting angle is not set correctly. Set the
angle to the starting position at 90°.
The laser guide does not work.
The battery is low or is discharged. Replace the
batteries.
