• Short press: press and release immediately.
• Medium press: press for about 2 seconds until you hear the first tone
emitted by the helmet.
• Long press: press for about 4 seconds until you hear the double tone
emitted by the helmet.
• Very long press: press for about 8 seconds until you hear the triple tone
emitted by the helmet.

6. Switching on and off

To switch on the SCS kit, first of all press the ON button (medium press) until
the on tone is reproduced.
To switch it off, keep the ON button pressed until you hear the music that tells
you the board is switched off. At that point you can release the button.
7. Commands table and mode of the SCS kit
The SCS kit, depending on how it is used, can have different operating fun-
ctions.
The following tables show in brief the commands that the kit can receive and
how to produce them. Please refer to the instructions further below for more
details on operating the device.
To enter the pairing mode and the configuration reception mode, switch off the
kit and switch it on again following the instructions further below.
• Switching on: press the ON button for 2 seconds (emission of a high-
pitched tone)
• Intercom pairing: press the ON button for 4 seconds (emission of a
double high-pitched tone)
• Telephone/MP3 pairing: press the ON button for 8 seconds (emission
of a triple high-pitched tone)
• Configuration reception: press the ON button and the
seconds (double low-pitched tone)
