The legal/special warranty does
not cover:
Defects caused by undue use,
 
electrical voltage outside that
specified, surge, loss of parts,
lack of phase, capacitors,
bearings, broken shaft, parts
broken or crushed or those
caused by lack of care in
the transportation, storage,
coupling or energizing of
the motor, failure in the
functioning of the product
arising from the lack of
supply or problems and/or
insufficiency in the supply of
electricity.
Damages due to accidents,
 
improver use, negligence,
ignorance or noncompliance
with the instructions in the
Instructions Manual. Also,
the warranty does not apply
if there are signs of product
having been adjusted or fixed
by people not authorized by
Metalúrgica Trapp Ltda., if the
product has been exposed to
humidity, weather, saline air,
etc., or if parts have naturally
worn.

parts and look for Trapp
Authorized Technical
Assistance.

hand.
