Checking:
Before operating the shredder check that:
There are no objects or tools on or near the
 
motor or inside the shredder.
There is nothing blocking the motor.
 
The direction of the rotation of the motor is
 
correct (as indicated by the arrow).
The electric power source coincides with
 
voltage of the electric motor.
There are no objects or people near the pulley
 
or belts.
Regulate upper exit so that green crop will exit to
 
the desired direction.
Green crop are placed in green funnel, and
 
directed by cylinder feeder to be processed, and
exits through the upper exit of shredder.
Feeding of material must be continuous and
 
in sufficient quantities to maintain shredder
working, avoiding overload or lack of material.

The hatch cover is properly closed.
 
The counter cutting blade is well adjusted
 
(page 32).
The distance between the blade and counter
 
cutting blade is correct (page 32).
Note:
Once shredder is ready for operation, turn
on motor and wait until maximum rotation is
reached before shredding. Do not stop shredder
while in work mode, or while material (green
crop) is still being processed.
Note:
The cutting size 5 mm or 10 mm can be
obtained by changing the belt position, which
alters the rotation of the cylinder feeder, and
feeding speed of the shredder (page 30).
Attention!
Motor burn out can occur if shredder is
overloaded with excessive material.
