7. Remove the sediment cup by turning it counterclockwise.
8. Clean the sediment cup in nonflammable or high flash point solvent.
9. Reinstall a new O-ring and the sediment cup.
10.Turn the fuel valve to the ON position and check for leaks.
After installing the sediment cup, be sure to tighten it securely. Check for
fuel leaks and make sure the area is dry before starting the engine.
11. Reinstall the air cleaner base, and connect the breather gas hose with the air
cleaner base.
12. Reinstall the paper element and air cleaner cover.
13. Close and latch the left side maintenance cover.
