PROCEDURE
Inspect electrical cord
Test GFCI (according to instructions
on GFCI).
Check water pump oil level
Oil leak visual inspection
Fuel leak visual inspection
Water leak visual inspection
Hose visual inspection
Water strainer inspection
High pressure nozzle inspection
Fuel filter/water sep. inspection
Change water pump oil **
Replace high pressure nozzle***
Inspect belt
Check burner air adjustment
Test water pressure*
Test water temperature*
Replace fuel filter
Test fuel pressure*
Delime coil****
Test voltage and amp draw*
Inspect fuel pump filter*
Check burner electrodes*
Replace fuel nozzle*
* Should be performed by an authorized service technician.
** The pump oil must be changed after the first 50 hours of operation and every 500 hours or 3 months, whichever
comes first.
*** High pressure nozzle should be replaced whenever pressure is less than 85%.
**** Scale build up will vary with mineral content in the water and amount of usage. Deliming can range from weekly
to yearly maintenance.
