a. Camera ID Selection
• Set the binary number for the camera ID (1 ~ 63 except for 0) by
changing the DIP switch. Example: If you want to set the camera
ID as 10, switch on the following DIP switches: 0 + 2 + 0 + 8 + 0.
• The default camera ID is 1.
• When operating the camera with a controller, make sure the ID in
the DIP switch setting is identical to the camera ID of the
controller. If you operate several cameras, it is recommended to
memorize the camera ID as their respective location.
b. Control Protocol Selection
• Remove the power to the camera before changing the protocol.
• Select the appropriate protocol with the DIP switch combination.

• If you want to control the camera using your DVR or P/T controller, make sure the protocol in those devices is
identical to the camera protocol. Otherwise, you will not be able to control the camera.
• Factory default protocol is Pelco-D, 2400 bps.
• Press F4 on the controller and select the same protocol as the one on the camera.
4. Mounting
a. Ceiling Mounting
1. Make a 30-40mm hole into the
ceiling using a hole saw.
