5.1. INTENDED USE
page 10
Ego (T) (C) easy circulation pumps are designed to circulate
page 10
the fluids in central heating, ventilation and air conditioning
systems. The Ego B easy version, with a bronze body, it
page 11
is suitable for use in sanitary systems. These pumps differ
page 11
from standard fixed speed circulation pumps by allowing for
page 38
constantly regulated pump operation based on the actual
demand of the system. This feature offers considerable
energy savings, as well as reducing noise.
Before installing the pump, make sure that the water in the
system is treated in compliance with the UNI 8065 standard
relating to the chemical - physical parameters of the water
in thermal systems for civil use.
In the absence of this, it is necessary to carry out a washing
of the system with suitable products with neutral PH then
rinsing thoroughly.
Exclusively in central heating, ventilation and air conditioning
systems, and NOT in sanitary facilities, add a protective
product that is sure to be effective (Builcert certified) to
guarantee the absence of corrosive phenomena on the
metals of the plant.
To prevent any particles of rust or magnetite remaining in
the fluid treated with protective agent, or present elsewhere
in the circuit, from damaging the pump, the circuit should
be fitted with a suitable magnetic cleansing filter. This filter
should have a filtration capacity of no less than 500 microns
and a magnetic field of no less than 10,000 Gauss.
