Airflow Switch
The airflow switch is set at the factory for proper
operation. No adjustment necesary. Refer to Figure 22.
IMPORTANT: Airflow switch vane must remain
closed during operation. If it opens and closes
during the drying cycle, this indicates insufficient
airflow through the tumbler. If the switch remains
open, or pops open and closed during the cycle, the
heating system will shut off. The cylinder and fan
will continue to operate even though the airflow
switch is indicating insufficient airflow.

Loading Door Switch
Non-CE Marked Models
The door switch should be adjusted so that the cylinder
stops whenever the door is opened a maximum of
3 inches (76.2 mm). A switch is provided inside of the
front panel to govern this operation. The switch is
activated by an adjustable screw on the upper hinge of
the loading door. The screw contacts the switch arm. If
adjustments are required, refer to Figure 23 and
proceed as follows:
1. Slightly loosen the nut on the door switch
activator screw.
2. Using a 5/64 inch hex wrench, turn the door
switch activator screw in or out slightly as
required.
3. Open the door and check the amount of door
opening before shutdown occurs. If not proper,
repeat steps 1 and 2.
