Turning off

Turn the knob clockwise (pos. 3) to turn the

burner off . The pilot light will remain on to
allow the burner to be re-lit.
If the safety thermostat is tripped, the appliance
has to be restored to the initial working condi-
tions as follows.
Pull off the knob (A).

Undo the screws (C) and remove the control

panel (B).
Press the button (D) of the safety thermostat

to restore the gas supply to the oven burner.
Replace the control panel (B) and the knob (A)

on completion of the operation.
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy
period, proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply tap.
