which product should be used?
Use liquid concentrate or powder mixed with water. The mixture obtained must
have a minimum sugar content of 13 °Brix. A lower concentration may damage
the mixers and/or the gearmotors.
A solution of 13 °Bx contains 13 g of sugar dissolved in 100 g of liquid.
Prepare product
Withdraw the lid
Lift the rear part of the
lid and extract the lid
from the retainer placed
in the front side.
Replace the lid
Check that the lid is correct-
ly fitted.

Turn off and unplug
Turn off all the switches and
unplug the machine from the
mains.
Fill the tank
Do not fill with hot liquids
(with temperatures excee-
ding 25°C).
Pour the product into the
bowl taking care that it ne-
ver goes above the max
level.
