Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.

Never leave children unattended with the packaging material or the
product. There is a risk of suffocation from plastic packaging and risk
of death due to cuts. Children frequently underestimate the dangers.
Keep children away from the packaging materials and the product.

Do not touch the blades with your bare hands. There is a risk of injury.

Do not twist the cutters when cutting. The blade may break and jump in
all directions.
Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when using the

product!

Make sure that you have a secure footing while working. Failure to
do so can lead to serious injury.
Use

To open the cutters, turn the safety lock clockwise towards the
(see figure 1).
♦
Always close the cutters when not in use and secure them against unin-
tentional opening. To do so, turn the safety lock anticlockwise towards
the
symbol (see figure 2).
Changing the blade
♦
Open the storage compartment in the handle and remove the hex
key (see figure 3).
♦
Using the hex key, undo the two locking screws and pull the blade
downwards out of the holder (see figure 4).
♦
Take a new blade out of the storage compartment and place it in the
holder. Fix the blade in place by tightening the locking screws with the
hex key (see figure 5).
♦
Replace the hex key in the storage compartment and fold it back into
the handle (see figure 6).
