Only use the appliance for quantities and times that
would be in keeping with domestic necessities.
Safety instructions
Make sure that appliances that are no longer needed are
broken.
Connect the device to a plug socket and operate the device
according to the instructions on the label.
Do not connect the device if it or the cable is damaged.
Do not allow the cable to touch hot surfaces, to be pulled
over sharp edges or to be used for carrying.
Disconnect the mains plug whenever the device is not in
operation or in the event of a fault.
Only our customer services may replace damaged cables
and/or carry out repairs in order to avoid any hazards.
Keep children away from the appliance.
Do not use the appliance to cut frozen foods!
Do not cut bones!

Do not use the device next to a sink full of water!
Clean the device thoroughly before it is used for the first
time.
Attention! Motor may overheat!
Allow the device to cool down after uninterrupted operation
of max. 5 min.

S Assemble folding carriage, insert diagonally from the right
in the lateral guide rail and then place on the table.

S Use the turning knob to set the cutting width.

S Press safety button, then
S Press on switch. You can now release the safety button.
The device switches off if the on button is released.

Attention! The sharp knife may cause injury!
The blade continues to rotate for a moment.

S Insert retainer, cut.
Always use the folding carriage and the retainer!
They may only be removed when cutting food with a size
and form that would not permit the use of a folding
carriage and retainer.
Tip: First cut sausage and cheese, then bread. This makes
it easier to clean the device.

S Fold the device away after use and immediate cleaning.

S Wind up cable and lock in plug.
Keep device away from children.
Cleaning
Unplug the appliance from the mains and set the stop plate
to 0.

Caution: Risk of electric shock!
Never submerge the device in water or hold it under
running water.

The sharp blade may cause injury!
Pull the plug and remove the blade before cleaning.
Only touch the blade holder. Never tough the cutting edge.
Attention!
Surfaces can be damaged.
Do not use any aggressive detergents.
S Wipe the device and accessories with a damp cloth and
leave to dry.
Clean circular blade
Always clean the circular blade thoroughly by hand
immediately after use.
Fold the table upwards and pull to the right to remove it from
the hinge (fig. 9). Turn the blade holder clockwise,
place vertically and remove the circular blade (fig. 6).
Make sure it locks correctly upon re assembly =
blade holder is always horizontal.

Remove stop plate. To do this, turn knob beyond 0
position
and pull off stop plate.

To insert the stop plate apply even pressure to the center
and turn the knob back to 0. Adjust cutting width for
checking purposes. If the appliance fails to function
properly, remove the stop plate once more and repeat
the procedure.
The device is otherwise maintenance free.
