INTRODUCTION/GENERAL
The fans provide an even heat distribution and at
the same time they cool the exterior walls of the
grill. Since the heat sources are located in the
top of the grill, the amount of pollution, and thus
also the amount of smoke production, is minima-
lised. A heat reflecting coating has been applied
to the inside surfaces of the windows to keep
the heat inside the grill.
In the heated cabinet the products are kept moist
by a stream of warm air with a high humidity. The
products stay in the heated cabinet for a maxi-
mum of three hours at the required temperature
and quality. The fan in the heated cabinet pro-
vides an even distribution of heat. Here too, the
inside surfaces of the windows are covered with
a heat reflecting coating.
The metalwork is made of stainless steel (RVS
304 and RVS 430). The electrical cable is fitted
with a CEE model plug.

During use of the Euro-Grill, the following safety
precautions should be observed:
When moving your Euro-Grill, first switch off
the power by taking the plug out of the socket
and let the equipment cool down for at least
10 minutes.
When moving your Euro-Grill on its wheels,
you should push at one of the sides at a point
roughly halfway down from the top. Before
moving your Euro-Grill, first empty the fat and
water tray.
The equipment fitted with wheels is not suit-
able for manoeuvring over obstacles (pave-
ment, steps) higher than 4 centimetres.
Because of the risk of a short circuit, your
Euro-Grill is not suitable for use in a damp
environment.
Because of the risk of a short circuit, a water
hose must not be used when cleaning your
Euro-Grill.
For cleaning instructions, see Section 4.
During the grilling process the equipment can
become very hot; in particular, the door, the
tray and the top.
When fitting or changing the spits or other
accessories, first stop the grill rotor.
