IT STARTS THE DISCHARGE PUMP FOR 30 SECONDS
Possible causes
- Calcareous water, white halos on
the tools
- Traces of elements which have
not been pre-treated (cements,
alginates)
- Wrong cycle parameters
- The ultrasound noise is not heard
during the cleaning phase
- Load excessive, drops on tools
- Wrong installation, rests of water
on the tank bottom after the
draining.
- No air flow from the lid side slots
- Instruments that cannot be treated
with ultrasounds cleaning (e.g.
Mirrors)
Solutions

Clean the metal with products suitable for
stainless steel or a stripper.
Use a sponge (slightly abrasive).

Make sure water pressure ranges are
within the indicated values. If the pressure
is insufficient, contact a plumber.

Solution
- Install a water softener before the
device.
- Some detergents might reduce such
effect
- Pre-treat with suitable detergents.
- Modify parameters increasing the
cleaning time .
- Contact the technical service
- Reduce the load
- Position the device correctly, modify
the height of the feet
- Contact the technical service
- Do not clean with ultrasounds
instruments that cannot be treated
with ultrasounds treatment
