20 Chemical too thick.
21 Worn seal or packing.
22 Chemical build up in chemical injector.
23 Worn or obstructed valves.
24 Worn unloader piston.
25 Worn or broken o-ring.
26 Loose hose connection.
27 Piston packings worn.
28 Pump head or tubes damaged from freezing.
29 Oil seals worn.
30 Loose drain plug.
31 Worn or torn drain plug o-ring.
32 Worn or torn fill plug o-ring.
33 Pump overfilled.
34 Incorrect oil used.
35 Vent plug is clogged.
36 Air filter filled with oil.
POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
See Spray Wand Nozzles under Operation.
Clean filter.
Make sure end of chemical hose is fully submerged into cleaning
solution.
Dilute chemical. Chemical should be the same consistency as
water.
Have parts cleaned or replaced by authorized service center.
Have replaced by an authorized service center.

Have replaced by authorized service center.
Check and replace.
Tighten.

Clean vent plug; blow air through it to remove any blockage. If
