To start and stop the appliance, proceed as follows.
Starting
1 - Light the burners (see page 11)
2 - Press key (A) and then key (B) to activate the
oil "melting" procedure.
When
the
reached the beeper sounds.
3 - Press key (C) to deactivate the "melting" func-
tion.
The temperature is maintained at 100°C until
cooking starts.
4 - Press key (D) to activate the temperature input
mode.
5 - Press keys (C-D) to set the cooking tempera-
ture.
The data set on the control panel are retained in
the memory until the gas supply is turned
off.
6 - Press key (A) to terminate the tempera-
ture maintenance function.
7 - Press button (B) to start the cooking cycle.
Lights (E-F) flash while the oil is heat-
ing to the temperature of use, and then
remain constantly on.
8 - To display the temperature set during cooking,
press key (D).

a temperature between 50÷120°C.

1 - Open the hatch (A).
2 - Fit the extension (B) onto the tap (C).
3 - Place the container (D) and the filter (E), both
available as optionals, underneath the exten-
sion (B).
4 - Turn on the tap (C) to empty the well.
5 - Turn off the tap (C) on completion of the opera-
tion

Important
If the electricity supply is cut off for less
than 20-40 seconds, the cooking cycle re-
starts automatically.
If the blackout lasts more than 40 seconds,
press key (B) to restart the cooking cycle.
