5. ADAPTING THE SINGLE-CHAMBER FRYER TO ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS:
1. Replace the nozzles on the main burners - cut off the gas supply and then unscrew the screws that lock
the air regulators. Then unscrew the nozzles in the sockets. New nozzles should be selected in accordance
with Table 4.1.
2. Align the sleeve in the burner body by ejecting or retracting the sleeve into the body of the fryer to
the position shown in Table 4.1. Once set, tighten the screw securing the sleeve.
