We appreciate you the purchase of our products and we inform you that it has overcome all the test and quality con-
trols. While we use the best technologies available in the development and manufacture of all our products, backed
by the considerable experience of our team, it is very important to follow this manual's indications for all of the equip
life, to obtain an adequate performance and the best results possible.
STANDARDS PRODUCTION
All of our products are subject to strict quality controls during the manufacturing process, apart from
completely fulfilling current regulations as well as for the elaboration of filtering equipment for agricul-
ture and industrial use, both at an international and a European level. We own the following quality cer-
tificates that guarantee the previously exposed:
- ISO 9001:2008. Lama is certified according to this norm by SGS under the filte number
ES010706, as design and manufacturing in irrigation systems.
- CE. We fulfill the european communitarian directives on pressure equipments CE 97/37,
CE97/23, EN13445, EN292, EN 1050, EN60204-1, EN1037, EN 292-1, EN 292-2/A, EN
292-2, EN 294, EN 349, EN 418, EN811, EN 953, EN954-1.
-C.E.N. It is in process of update by the European Committee WG5, TC334.
GUARANTEE
If you receive a defective product, please send to your dealer the controls digits "Articulo... Partida... Lote..." sho-
wed on the Quality Control label on the filter, or on the Guarantee Chapter of the product on this manual. It is impor-
tant to keep these data to facilitate a future identification, and to obtain the correct spares.
Our Guarantee covers a period of a year in general, and two years against corrosion caused perforation. This
counts from the delivery date and covers parts and work done at the factory (not at the installation site) , insofar as
the working conditions, pressure, temperature and water quality are inside the range established for each model. It
is mandatory to present the Quality Control data and the purchase invoice to benefit from the guarantee.
Amonite is the new surface treatment of base impregnation on water solution, which increases the filters metallic
parts corrosion resistance. These filters are identified by the label and are guaranteed for two years against paint pro-
blems and four years against corrosion perforation.
The guarantee does not cover the following:
• Maintenances and periodical cleaning of the manual
filters.
• The deterioration of the product by a bad use or
vandalism.
• The results of over voltages, over pressures or water
hammer.
• Third party damage
• The effects produced by the use of acid materials or
waters with PH 7.5 inferior or superiors to 6,5
• The electric elements.
The merchandise to be repaired is received free of trans-
port fees, as well as the material damaged in transport or
because of defective installation.
Returned material is, as well, received free of transport
fees, on its original packing and accompanied by the pur-
chase invoice, no more than fifteen days after sending date.
A 10% will be charged to the refund to cover sending costs.
We do not accept devolutions of non-standard products.
