Advanced Recording
EASY Mode (for Beginners)
The EASY mode allows a beginner to make good recordings easily.
The EASY mode operates in CAMERA and M.REC mode.
1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.
2. By pressing the EASY.Q button, all functions on the
camera will be set to off and the recording settings
will be set to the following basic modes:
Battery level, recording mode, counter,
DATE/TIME, and EIS (
) will be displayed.
The word "EASY.Q" will appear on the LCD at the
same time.
However, the DATE/TIME will only be seen if it has
been previously set. (see page 56)
3. Press START/STOP to start recording.
Recording will begin using the basic automatic
settings.
4. Pressing the EASY.Q button again turns the
EASY mode off.
The camera will return to the settings that were set prior to
activating EASY mode.
Notes
In EASY mode, certain functions are not available,
such as MENU, BLC, MF.

If you want to use these functions, you must first switch the
EASY mode off.
The EASY mode settings are deleted when the battery pack is
uninstalled from the camcorder and therefore, they must be reset
when a battery pack has been replaced.
Grabación avanzada
Modalidad SENCILLA (para principiantes)
La modalidad SENCILLA (EASY) permite a los principiantes
obtener buenas grabaciones con facilidad.
La función EASY opera en las modalidades CAMERA y M.REC.
1. Ajuste la videocámara en la modalidad CAMERA.
2. Pulse el botón EASY.Q para que se desactiven

Aparecerán en la pantalla las funciones nivel de
la batería, modalidad de grabación, contador,
FECHA/HORA y EIS (
Al mismo tiempo aparecerá en la pantalla la

No obstante, la función FECHA/HORA sólo se verá
si se ha ajustado previamente (ver pág. 56).
3. Pulse START/STOP para comenzar la grabación.
La grabación empieza con los ajustes

4. Si se pulsa de nuevo el botón EASY.Q se
desactivará la función EASY.
La videocámara volverá a los ajustes hechos
antes de activar la modalidad EASY.
Nota
En la modalidad EASY no se puede acceder a algunas funciones
como MENÚ, BLC, MF.

Si desea usar estas funciones primero deberá desactivar la
modalidad EASY.
Los ajustes de la modalidad EASY se borran cuando se quita la
batería de la videocámara y, por lo tanto, deberán ajustarse de
nuevo al reemplazarla.
