6. START UP INSTRUCTIONS

6.1. LIST OF MATERIALS

This machine includes the following parts that you will
fi nd inside the box:
• Shredder.
• Legs (2).
• Wheels (2).
• Wheel covers (2).
• Axis (1).
• Axis tube (1).
• Wheel cartridge case (2).
• Hexagonal headed screw (2).
• Washer (4).
• Screw (2).
• Key (1).
• Curved washer (2).
• Grower washer (2).
• Instruction manual.
Due to the strict controls at factory level it is highly
unlikely that any parts are missing or defective. If,
however, any part is missing or damaged, do not use
the machine until it has been repaired or the missing
parts replaced. Using the machine with pieces in a
bad state or missing can cause severe injuries.

6.2. MOUNTING THE MACHINE

6.2.1. WHEELS AND LEGS
Attention! You will need help to remove the machine
from the box and during the process of mounting the
machine.
Note: the legs must be mounted in the bottom part of
the shredder to give stability to the machine.
1. Place the axis inside the axis tube.
2. Introduce one leg on each side of the axis passing
through the hole in the angle of the leg in such a
way that the axis tube remains in between the two
legs.
3. Place on either side a washer, a wheel cartridge
case, a wheel, the second washer and tighten the
screw.
4. Place the wheel covers on by applying pressure.

6.2.2. PLACEMENT OF THE LEGS ONTO THE MAIN
FRAME
1. Put the shredder upside down resting the machine
on the hopper and in such a way that you can see
the holes on the bottom of the machine.
2. Place the legs in the holes.
3. Tighten the legs with the hexagonal headed
screws, the curved and grower washers using the
key provided.
ATTENTION! To ensure the stability of the
shredder check that the hexagonal screws are in
place and have been tightened.
