6.2.3 Machine stops

Automatic stops:
The machine stops the feeder and trimmer motors after each
edgebanding cycle.
1/2 hour after the last board has been edgebanded, the ma-
chine automatically changes over to "idle" mode, maintaining
the glue at 110ºC.
After an additional 2 1/2 hours (once 3 hours have passed
without edgebanding another board), the machine Stops and
ceases to heat the glue.
If you turn on the machine and it does not perform any edge-
banding for 1 hour, it will Stop and cease to heat the glue.

Stopping the motors:
If you wish to stop the trimmer and feeder motors, while
the function switch is in "continuous" position A, or in "no
glue heating" position B, you must press stop button C on the
control panel.
Stopping when work is finished:

Turn main switch D to position (O).
Emergency stop:
Pushing the emergency switch B deactivates all the electrical
elements on the machine. To reset the pushbutton to its ini-
tial position, turn the button clockwise and release it.
