Attaching and adjusting the viewfinder
Flipping up the viewfinder barrel unit
Slide the viewfinder barrel unit release lever in the direction of the arrow to release the lock, and flip up the
viewfinder barrel unit to perform operations while directly viewing the LCD monitor.
• By flipping up the viewfinder barrel unit, images will be automatically flipped horizontally so that the
images are displayed with the correct horizontal orientation. At such times, images are displayed at the
full-screen size regardless of the PIC.SIZE switch setting.
Note
If there is any dirt on the mirror, remove it referring to "Maintenance". (Page 26)
Diopter adjustment

Set the POWER switch of the camera to "ON". A picture will appear in the viewfinder.

Turn the diopter adjuster ring to adjust the diopter so that the viewfinder picture can
be clearly seen.
