Chicken Quesadilla Wraps
Ingredients
Cooked chicken
Onion
Jalapeño peppers
Cheddar cheese, grated
Flour tortillas or wraps
Olive oil
Method
• Preheat the grill until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
• Combine the chicken, onion and peppers in a small bowl.
• Sprinkle half the grated cheese in the center of each tortilla/wrap. Distribute the
chicken mixture on top of the cheese, keeping it in a log shape in the center of the
tortilla.
• Fold one side over the filling lengthwise to cover, fold the top and bottom over the
short sides to cover, then fold the last side over to close. Turn over so the flap is
on the bottom. Lightly brush the top and bottom sides with oil.
• Place the quesadilla wraps on the preheated lower grill plate and close the top
plate.
• Grill for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until grill markings are visible on the
outside, the filling is warm and the cheese melted.
