Spicy Chicken Wings
Ingredients

Sweet paprika
Chilli powder
Five Spice powder

Method
• Combine the spice rub ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
• Cut the chicken wings on the joints into easily manageable pieces.
• Rub the spice rub on the chicken wing pieces and place in a shallow bowl. Cover
and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
• Preheat the grill until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
• Place the seasoned chicken wings, skin side up, on the lower grill plate and close
the top plate.
• Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken wings are thoroughly cooked
through and the juices run clear when skewered.
