5.2 Mounting the snow plow blade.
1. Screw the clearing bar to the clearing blade
(Fig. 3).
Important! Position the counter pressure bar
(Fig. 3/Item 15) so that the smaller gap bet-
ween the mounting holes and the bar edge
faces downwards.
2. Place the swivel frame (Fig. 9/Item 20) into
the swivel mount and secure using a bolt (Fig.
9/Item 21), washer (Fig. 9/Item 22) and splint
(Fig. 9 /Item 23). Important! The bolt for the
angle adjustment must be slightly lifted when
the swivel frame is slid into the mount.
3. Fasten the swivel segment (Fig. 10/Item 24)
with self-locking nuts (Fig. 10/Item 35). Impor-
tant! Tighten the self-locking nuts only to the
point where the fastening threads line up with
the top edge of the nuts.
4. Place the large washer (Fig. 10/Item 25) on
the adjustment bolt and secure using a splint
(Fig. 10/Item 26).
5. Put together the lever for raising/lowering (Fig.
5/Item 27+28) and fasten using a screw and
nut (Fig. 5/Item 29).
6. Place the lever for raising/lowering into the
mounting lugs and secure with a splint (Fig. 5/
Item 30).
7. Place the lever for angle adjustment (Fig.
5/Item 31) in the mount and secure with a
screw (Fig. 5/Item 32).
5.3 Fitting the snow plow blade to the tractor
1. Fasten the snow plow blade to the support
frame using long bolts (Fig. 11/Item 33) and
splints (Fig. 11/Item 34).
6. Operation
6.1 Adjusting the working height
Use the adjusting screws (Fig. 4/Item 36) to adjust
the glide plate so that the clearing bar is approx.
3-5 mm above the ground. Depending on the
nature of the ground a higher or lower setting may
be required.
Important! Adjust the working height only when
the engine is switched off and the locking brake
has been actuated.

6.2 Raising / lowering the blade
For clearing purposes: disconnect the lever for
raising / lowering (Fig. 1/Item 28) from the hook
holder (Fig. 1/Item12) and lower. For transportati-
on purposes without clearing: raise the lever and
connect it to the hook holder.
6.3 Adjusting the clearing angle
Move the adjusting lever (Fig. 1/Item 31) forward
and press to the left or right until the required
angle has been reached. Ensure that the retaining
pin engages in the correct place after letting the
adjusting lever go.
6.4 Overload / folding function
If the blade encounters an obstacle while clearing
snow (for example curbstone) it will fold away to
the front. Adjust the screws at the springs (Fig.
4/Item 37) so that the springs are slightly under
pressure when in their standard position.
7. Cleaning, maintenance, storage
and ordering of spare parts
Important!
Never carry out any work on the equipment while
the engine is running. Work that is not described
in these operating instructions, should only be
carried out by authorized workshops.
7.1 Cleaning
Thoroughly clean the snow plow blade after each
use and free it from any road salt residues. Occa-
sionally lubricate the moving parts of the swivel
adaptor as well as the plug bolt with lubricating oil
or grease.
7.2 Maintenance
Important: Dispose of soiled maintenance ma-
terial and operating materials at the appropriate
collection point.
7.2.1 Plug bolt and swivel adaptor
A thin coating of grease should be applied to the
axles and wheel hubs at least once per season.
7.2.2 Snow plow blade, clearing bar and
counter pressure bar
Regularly check the condition of the clearing bar
as and that all the screw connections are tight.
Important: A heavily worn or damaged clearing
bar will cause wear to the counter pressure bar
and the blade body.
