5. Milling head
AXXAIR offers several milling heads for milling different bevels. Caution, this reference includes the
associated stop (axis + nut).
=> 10° "J" bevel
GJ-100
GV-300 => 30° "V" bevel
GV-375 => 37.5° "V" bevel
GV-450 => 45° "V" bevel

6. Mounting the inserts
Warning: the milling head and inserts must be free from metal slag or dirt.
- Place the insert in the milling head.
- Secure the insert using the set screw and the TORX wrench. Recommended torque strength:
6.0 to 6.5 Nm.
Notes:
Swap all inserts at the same time.

The inserts have 4 milling faces.

Do not mount any inserts with a damaged milling face.
