10. Pour water into the bowl until it reaches the
MAX (maximum) fill line.
11. Attach the upper tray to the bowl by aligning
it over the filter housing. Press down on both
sides to secure the locking tabs.
Note: The water outlet on the tray will face
the back of the bowl. The PetSafe
indicates the front of the bowl.
12. Insert the butterfly topper into the hole on the top
of the tower. This will provide your pet with four
water streams to drink from. The butterfly's head
should face the back of the bowl.
Note: The butterfly topper is optional. The
fountain will provide a gentle bubbling flow
without it.
13. Pick up the pet fountain by the bowl and place it
in the desired location. Make sure the electrical
power cord, the adaptor and your hands are
completely dry. Connect the in line plug and
make sure that no silver is showing. Plug the
adaptor into a standard electrical wall outlet.
