The cooking zone and pan base must be clean and free from residues to ensure
optimal heat transfer.
Place the cookware in the centre of the cooking zone.
Do not use any containers with a base diameter of less than 15 cm.
When heating water, only heat the required volume.
Where possible, always cover the cookware with a lid when cooking and
preparing food.
Switch off the cooking zone early and use the residual heat to keep food warm,
melt food, etc.

There is a risk of electric shock due to live parts.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids!
Unplug the plug from the power socket before
cleaning the appliance.
NOTICE!
Possible damage to the appliance!
Damage to surfaces due to incorrect cleaning agents!
Never use acidic, abrasive or granular, acetic-acid-,
soda- or solvent-based cleaning agents. These may
damage the appliance surfaces or the printing on it.
Allow the appliance to cool down.
Remove coarse dirt with a special glass scraper for glass ceramic surfaces.
Wipe the cooled glass ceramic surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Use a
special cleaning agent for glass ceramic surfaces or a mild cleaning agent such
as washing-up liquid for heavier dirt.
Dry the glass ceramic surface using a soft cloth.
If the ventilation slots are dirty or blocked, carefully remove the dirt using a
vacuum cleaner.
