Use appropriately sized cookware and pans for the
cooking zone size. Ensure that the cooking zone is
completely covered by the pot or pan.
Do not use defective cooking pots or pans with
uneven bases.
Place suitable cookware on the centre of a cooking zone (information on
suitable cookware is available under "5.1. Suitable cookware" on page 133).

centre of the cooking zone.
If there is no suitable cookware on the cooking zone, multiple signals
are emitted and E flashes in the display field. The appliance then

.. Operating the sensor buttons
The control elements respond when touched with your finger
pad, so there is no need to apply pressure. An acoustic signal
sounds each time a button is pressed.
Do not operate the buttons with your fingertip.
Ensure that the control elements are always clean and dry and
that they are not covered by a cloth or similar.
Even a thin film of water can make the buttons more difficult to
operate.
