 Use appropriately sized cookware and pans for the
cooking zone size. Ensure that the cooking zone is
completely covered by the pot or pan.
 Do not use defective cooking pots or pans with
uneven bases.
 Place suitable cookware on the centre of a cooking zone (information on
suitable cookware is available under "5.1. Suitable cookware" on page 133).
