Installation
Note: Familiarise yourself with the shower set
before installation by carefully reading these
installation and operating instructions, particularly
the safety instructions.
If incorrectly installed, the warranty will become
invalid – particularly with regard to consequential
damages.
■
CAUTION! Turn off the hot and cold water
supply before starting the installation.
Note: To carry out the installation, you will
need the following tools (not included):
Drill and 6 mm drill bit,
Size 30 spanner,
Phillips-head screwdriver.
Note: Find out information on appropriate
mounting materials for your wall before installa-
tion. The enclosed mounting materials (screws
and wall plugs) are suitable for ordinary solid
masonry.
•
Preparing the shower rod
□
Make sure that the sealing ring with filter
properly inserted in the threaded connector for
the overhead shower head
□
Screw the overhead shower head onto the
upper connector on the shower rod
□
If necessary, loosen the clamping mechanism
by turning it anticlockwise a few times and adjust
the handheld shower head bracket
positioned on the side of the shower rod where
the handheld shower head should sit later on.
□
Screw the wall mount peg

Loosen the hex socket grub screw in the wall
mount peg by using the hex key
anti-clockwise a few times.
□
Insert the shower rod bracket holding pin
into the corresponding opening in the wall
mount peg.
□
To attach the shower rod to the wall mount peg,
tighten the hex socket grub screw by turning it
clockwise with the hex key.

Installing the thermostatic mixer
□
Wrap the smaller threads (1/2 thread) on each
of the S connectors
(not included).
□
Screw the two S connectors to your wall con-
nectors until hand-tight. Please note that both
S connectors must sit at right angles to the wall
and must be screwed in by an equal amount.
□
Adjust the S connectors until the distance
between them is the same as that between the
connection points on the thermostatic mixer
(see Fig. A).
□
Screw a collar
each fitted S connector until hand-tight and
flush with the wall.
□
Make sure that the silencers
inserted in the S connectors. The side with the
smaller diameter must point towards the wall,
and the side with the larger diameter must point
towards the thermostatic mixer.
□
Place the thermostatic mixer onto the fitted S
connectors so that the temperature control

Secure the thermostatic mixer by screwing both
union nuts

union nuts must be easy to unscrew and not
skewed in order to prevent the thermostat from

Tighten the union nuts using a smooth size 30
spanner. To prevent damage, never use toothed
pliers.
