With a measuring interval of 60 seconds, that would be a total of 120 readings. Up to 1000 measuring points can
be recorded for a pH-stat titration.

Important: Even if the measuring interval is set to 60 seconds, or 5 hours, the pH value is still maintained
constant over the entire period. The number of measured values does not affect the titration control.
Determination of Enzyme Activity
The enzyme activity is a measurement of the number of substrate molecules, which converts an enzyme per
second. The H+ ions produced during the reaction are thereby titrated with the NaOH solution. Then the slope
formula is selected to calculate the slope in ml/s:
