If this error occurs, check whether there are pellets in the brazier and eventually load pellets manually.
Call technical assistance if needed.
7.6 Error caused by low smoke temperature
The display will show the message ALARM 6 NO PELLET.
This error occurs due to an insufficient amount of pellets because of (1) an empty pellet silo, (2) a blocked
auger tube, or (3) a faulty auger motor.
If this error occurs, check whether pellets are coming up the brazier and call technical assistance if needed.
7.7 Error caused by high temperature inside the stove
The display will show the message ALARM 7 THERMAL SAFETY.
This error occurs when the safety thermostat is activated due to
high temperatures inside the stove.
Unscrew the lid on the safety thermostat (1), push back the needle
(2) and close the lid.
You may restart the stove after cooling down completely.
7.8 Error caused by a drop in negative pressure
The display will show the message ALARM 8 NO DEPRESSURE.
This error can occur due to:
1. A combustion chamber that is not sealed well enough or an open door.
2. A blocked flue pipe or chimney.
3. A low exhaust fan speed.
4. Bad weather conditions.
If this error occurs, make sure the door to the combustion chamber is closed properly.
Call an authorised technician to check the flue pipe and chimney.
7.9 Error caused by a faulty auger motor
The display will show the message ALARM B TRIAC COC FAILURE.
This error occurs if the external auger turns continuously (for more than 60 seconds).
The external gear motor must be replaced, and the motherboard checked. Call technical assistance if
necessary.
