• Charging system detection: After the vehicle is
started, if the battery voltage shows between
13.5V and 15V, the charging system is normal.
• Vehicle leakage current detection: Turn off the
power supply of the vehicle, connect a multimeter
(current gear) in series with the positive or nega-
tive pole, the current is less than 5mA, and there
is no abnormality in the vehicle wiring.
• When the motorcycle is not
used for a long time, it should
be recharged once a month,
or the battery should be
removed and placed alone,
and the voltage should be
checked every three months.
It is not allowed to store the
battery in a depleted state. When taking out the
battery for inspection, please proceed as follows:
• Turn off the motorcycle power switch
• Remove the seat cushion
• Remove the mounting screws and battery pres-
sure plate assembly
• First remove the negative terminal (-) and then
remove the positive terminal (+)
• Gently remove the battery.
When installing the battery, please proceed in the
reverse order, first connect the positive terminal (+),
and then connect the negative terminal (-).
Notice
When reinstalling the battery, be sure to connect
the battery leads correctly. If the battery leads are
reversed, the circuit system and the battery itself
will be damaged. The red wire must be connected
to the positive terminal (+), and the black wire must
be connected to the negative terminal (-).
Be sure to turn off the power switch (key) when
checking or replacing the battery.

When replacing the battery, confirm the model of the
motorcycle and check whether it is the same as the
original battery model. The battery is sized with the
best fit in mind when designing the motorcycle. If
you use a different type of battery, it may affect the
performance and life of the motorcycle, and may
cause circuit failure.
