11.5. Cleaning the charging contacts
Disconnect the charging station and the robot vacuum and mop completely
from the power supply.
Clean the charging contacts of the charging station and the robot vacuum and
mop with a suitable dry cloth.
12. Longer periods without use
If the robot is not in operation for a longer period of time, fully charge the bat-
tery, pull out the mains plug, clean the appliance and store it in a dry place pro-
tected from direct sunlight.
13. Troubleshooting
If the appliance malfunctions, the operating LED flashes red and a corresponding
announcement sounds. First, please check whether you can remedy the problem
yourself using the following overview.
Never attempt to repair the robot vacuum and mop or the self-empty base your-
self. If a repair is necessary, please contact our Service Centre or a suitable au-
thorised repair workshop.
